Tantra is about opening ourselves up to the divine and learn to experience its energy consciously. Making use of the natural gifts of sexuality to get in touch with the transcendent in an organic way.
The focus in real tantric work is always on opening up the inner conscious and energetic realms in ourselves, not on sex or relating itself. It is where all deep change happens and what opens to doors to true Tantra.
Still, as women and men, we have the unique capacity to catalyze deep shifts and awaken energies in eachother through relating and energy polarity - to break eachother open, gently.
Also, sexuality is the area of life where most of our unconscious fears hide out - freezing up our energy and choking our experience of life.
To build a real relationship to our sexuality, freeing it from unconscious negativity and learn to be completely relaxed and natural sexually, is one of the main goals of this work.
Mastering our sexual energy allows us to experience and act from a deeper dimension in the midst of everyday life, and to be in a flow with life.
It’s the vehicle of the divine to enter into this plane - consciousness and transcendent energy flowing all the way down into our sex and relationships.
